Privacy Policy

User privacy is at the heart of Adhoro. All data generated by the app is generally stored locally or in storage controlled by the user. Instances where we may handle user data are detailed in this policy.

This policy applies to the Adhoro mobile app, available for iOS devices, the Adhoro website at adhoro.com and subdomains thereof, and interactions with Structility UG (haftungsbeschränkt) related to Adhoro.

Adhoro Website

The Adhoro website is hosted by Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland / Google LLC, USA). We have concluded a data processing agreement based on Standard Contractual Clauses for this to ensure an appropriate level of user privacy. For the purposes of preventing abuse, service diagnostics and billing, access to the Adhoro website is logged. Logs can include the IP addresses used to access the website and are retained for up to two months. The Adhoro website uses cookies only for the technical purpose of setting user language preference and does not use other, similar technologies.

Adhoro App

For the purpose of improving the stability of the app and improving user experience we collect crash logs that may optionally be shared by the user. Crash logs are anonymised on-device. However, in certain circumstances personally identifiable information may still be included. In this case, we will remove such information as soon as we become aware of it.

Communication

For the purposes of fulfilling our contractual obligations and responding to enquiries, we retain correspondence and contact information provided until the contract has concluded or the purpose of the enquiry has been met. Statutory duties may require further retention of this data. This information is not used for other purposes or cross-linked with other data.

Rights

You have the right to request information about which personal information we hold about you. You can request the correction of any inaccurate personal data, request the deletion of any personal data that we hold about you, specifically restrict or object to the processing of your personal data or withdraw consent to any processing you may have agreed to previously.
